Joel Daniel Pringle

A University of Cape Town graduate with a Masters desgree in Architecture and over ten years experience in top design firms in New York, Cape Town, Zimbabwe, Dubai, and most recently Vietnam - Joel has developed his career overseas to have strong, broad international expertise.


He has a strong background in large urban & hospitality and a keen interest in architecture that goes beyond the site - with positive feedbacks that extend into the urban or community context.


With an approach to design seeking to find the best balance between functionality in use and expression in aesthetics - he believes this is where design thrives.


As environmental responsibility and sustainability become ever more important in our society, he also believes architects and designers need to gain a new understanding and approach to efficiency.

Sarah Hofmeyr

A graduate from Massey University, New Zealand, Sarah has a Masters degree in Environmental Management and a Bachelors degree in Urban Planning.


Sarah has spent the last 6 years based in Victoria Falls and has a key role in some of the most prominent Town Planning and Environmental projects in the region. She has been involved in the design and project management of several other small-scale construction projects and home renovations in Victoria Falls.


Sarah is passionate about environmental disciplines, sustainability, and has a keen eye for detail and problem solving. She enjoys the challenge of improving existing spaces to be more functional, efficient, and aesthetic.

Nick Barrow

Nicholas has a diploma in landscaping from the American based International Career Institute (2019), as well as a certificate in landscaping from the Zimbabwean based TAGS School of Landscape Design (2020.)


Originally from Zimbabwe, Nicholas has been living in Victoria Falls since 2022. His work experience includes landscaping, garden design and garden maintenance for several of the local lodges, as well as for smaller residential gardens.


Nicholas's aim is to use sustainable and organic gardening principles, whilst utilizing the local products and resources available to him. His goal is to design and create beautiful garden spaces that are able to withstand ever increasing global temperatures brought on every increasing by climate pressures.
